Common issues
Sign-in code didn't arrive
Check your spam folder. Codes are valid for 1 hour. Request a new one if needed.
Session generation failed
Make sure you have a network connection. If it persists, email us with the error.
Refund or cancel
Refunds are available within 7 days. Email us with "Refund" in the subject and we'll process within 24 hours.
Delete account
Email with "Delete account" in the subject. All your data is erased within 7 days.
