Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: your email address (for login).
• Project data: details you enter about your climbing projects.
• Training data: session generations, completed sessions, plan adjustments, ratings.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe — we store the checkout/subscription IDs, never your card.

We do not collect contacts, photos, location, advertising IDs, or browsing history.

How we use it

• Generate personalized climbing sessions and training plans for your project.
• Track your training progression inside the app.
• Email you a sign-in code when you log in.
• Process payments for cycle access via Stripe.

AI processing uses Anthropic Claude. Anthropic does not retain your data beyond the duration of the request.

Data storage

Stored in our Supabase database (US-East-1). Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each user can only access their own data via row-level security policies.

Service providers

• Supabase — database, authentication.
• Anthropic — AI session and plan generation.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sign-in code emails.
• Vercel — web hosting.

Your rights

Email robert.dubois191@gmail.com to delete your account, request a data copy, or correct anything we have wrong.

Children

SendMaxx is for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
